The property features five bedrooms, three baths, and a garage, as well as a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 7,685-square-foot lot.

• A 2,884-square-foot home on the 700 block of West 50th Street in Miami Beach sold in July 2022 for $3,654,000, a price per square foot of $1,267.
• On West 49th Street, Miami Beach, in February 2022, a 2,195-square-foot home was sold for $2,800,000, a price per square foot of $1,276.
• In April 2022, a 4,788-square-foot home on West 50th Street in Miami Beach sold for $6,150,000, a price per square foot of $1,284.
