Condominium in Miami sells for $4 million
A spacious condominium built in 1997 located in the 1600 block of Brickell Avenue in Miami has a new owner. The 4,030-square-foot property was sold on Oct. 21, 2022. The $4,000,000 purchase price works out to $993 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and six baths.
Additional units have recently been purchased close by:
- On Brickell Avenue, Miami, in September 2021, a 750-square-foot unit was sold for $305,000, a price per square foot of $407.
- A 750-square-foot unit on the 1600 block of Brickell Avenue in Miami sold in February 2022 for $57,700, a price per square foot of $77.
- In September 2021, a 750-square-foot unit on Brickell Avenue in Miami sold for $290,000, a price per square foot of $387.
