Detached house in Miami sells for $14.7 million

A spacious historic house built in 1929 located in the 3400 block of North Moorings Way in Miami has a new owner. The 5,728-square-foot property was sold on Oct. 19, 2022 for $14,700,000, or $2,566 per square foot. The property features six bedrooms and five baths. There's also a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 0.7-acre lot.

These nearby houses have also recently been purchased:

• On North Moorings Way, Miami, in February 2022, a 4,139-square-foot home was sold for $4,750,000, a price per square foot of $1,148.
• In April 2022, a 5,345-square-foot home on Saint Gaudens Road in Miami sold for $6,050,000, a price per square foot of $1,132.
• A 3,870-square-foot home on the 3400 block of Poinciana Avenue in Miami sold in February 2022 for $4,250,000, a price per square foot of $1,098.
