Condominium sells in Miami for $1.7 million

A 1,046-square-foot condominium built in 2018 has changed hands. The recently built property located in the 2800 block of South Bayshore Drive in Miami was sold on Oct. 17, 2022. The $1,700,000 purchase price works out to $1,625 per square foot. The property features two bedrooms and two baths.

These nearby units have also recently been sold:

• In June 2022, a 3,247-square-foot unit on South Bayshore Drive in Miami sold for $6,000,000, a price per square foot of $1,848.
• On South Bayshore Drive, Miami, in September 2021, a 1,587-square-foot unit was sold for $1,050,000, a price per square foot of $662.
• A 816-square-foot unit on the 2900 block of South Bayshore Drive in Miami sold in October 2021 for $519,000, a price per square foot of $636.
