The $2,000,000 purchase price works out to $790 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and two baths. It sits on a 0.7-acre lot, which also has a pool.
Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:
- A 6,964-square-foot home on the 6200 block of Southwest 128th Street in Pinecrest sold in October 2021 for $3,590,000, a price per square foot of $516.
- In February 2022, a 2,787-square-foot home on Rolling Road Drive in Pinecrest sold for $1,350,000, a price per square foot of $484.
- On Moss Ranch Road, Pinecrest, in November 2021, a 3,949-square-foot home was sold for $1,650,000, a price per square foot of $418.
