• A 1,980-square-foot home on the 6800 block of Capilla Street in Coral Gables sold in April 2022 for $1,150,000, a price per square foot of $581.
• On Talavera Street, Coral Gables, in March 2022, a 2,013-square-foot home was sold for $1,700,000, a price per square foot of $845.
• In December 2021, a 4,231-square-foot home on Alfonso Avenue in Coral Gables sold for $3,725,000, a price per square foot of $880.
