A 2,040-square-foot condominium built in 1996 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 300 block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach was sold on Oct. 17, 2022. The $2,250,000 purchase price works out to $1,103 per square foot. The property features two bedrooms and three bathrooms.

These nearby units have also recently been sold:

• In February 2022, a 1,732-square-foot unit on South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold for $2,425,000, a price per square foot of $1,400.
• On South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, in February 2022, a 1,732-square-foot unit was sold for $2,407,800, a price per square foot of $1,390.
• A 2,140-square-foot unit on the 800 block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold in March 2022 for $3,150,000, a price per square foot of $1,472.
