A 3,945-square-foot condominium built in 2003 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 18900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach was sold on Oct. 14, 2022. The $3,000,000 purchase price works out to $760 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and six baths.

• In April 2022, a 2,210-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $2,050,000, a price per square foot of $928.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in June 2022, a 1,680-square-foot unit was sold for $1,350,000, a price per square foot of $804.
• A 2,210-square-foot unit on the 18600 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in January 2022 for $16,166,666, a price per square foot of $7,315.
