Condominium sells in Miami Beach for $11.2 million

A 3,667-square-foot condominium built in 2019 has changed hands. The spacious new property located in the 6800 block of Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach was sold on Oct. 19, 2022 for $11,200,000, or $3,054 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four baths.

These nearby units have also recently been sold:

• In October 2021, a 2,858-square-foot unit on Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach sold for $2,975,000, a price per square foot of $1,041.
• A 2,744-square-foot unit on the 2200 block of Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach sold in April 2022 for $4,100,000, a price per square foot of $1,494.
• On Fisher Island Drive, Miami Beach, in April 2022, a 1,847-square-foot unit was sold for $3,590,000, a price per square foot of $1,944.
