A spacious new condominium built in 2019 located in the 18900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach has a new owner. The 3,265-square-foot property was sold on Oct. 19, 2022. The $5,600,000 purchase price works out to $1,715 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and six baths.

Additional units have recently changed hands nearby:

• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in November 2021, a 2,150-square-foot unit was sold for $1,550,000, a price per square foot of $721.
• A 2,150-square-foot unit on the 19100 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in May 2022 for $1,500,000, a price per square foot of $698.
• In March 2022, a 2,150-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,600,000, a price per square foot of $744.
