Condominium in Sunny Isles Beach sells for $4.9 million

A spacious new condominium built in 2019 located in the 18900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach has a new owner. The 2,682-square-foot property was sold on Oct. 19, 2022 for $4,850,000, or $1,808 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Additional units have recently been sold nearby:

• In October 2022, a 1,900-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,525,000, a price per square foot of $803.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in November 2021, a 2,150-square-foot unit was sold for $1,550,000, a price per square foot of $721.
• A 1,800-square-foot unit on the 19100 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in February 2022 for $1,115,000, a price per square foot of $619.
