- In June 2022, a 1,777-square-foot home on Alton Road in Miami Beach sold for $1,360,000, a price per square foot of $765.
- A 1,889-square-foot home on the 4400 block of Alton Road in Miami Beach sold in August 2022 for $2,200,000, a price per square foot of $1,165.
- On Nautilus Drive, Miami Beach, in September 2021, a 2,853-square-foot home was sold for $2,100,000, a price per square foot of $736.
