The condominium built in 2018 has an interior space of 3,399 square feet. The property features four bedrooms and six baths.

Additional units have recently been sold close by:

• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in October 2021, a 1,730-square-foot unit was sold for $725,000, a price per square foot of $419.
• In December 2021, a 2,120-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,250,000, a price per square foot of $590.
• A 2,120-square-foot unit on the 16700 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in January 2022 for $1,595,000, a price per square foot of $752.
