Sale closed in Sunny Isles Beach: $4 million for a condominium

A 3,195-square-foot condominium built in 2018 has changed hands. The spacious and recently built property located in the 17100 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach was sold on Oct. 13, 2022. The $4,000,000 purchase price works out to $1,252 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

These nearby units have also recently been purchased:

• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in April 2022, a 1,450-square-foot unit was sold for $710,000, a price per square foot of $490.
• A 1,270-square-foot unit on the 17200 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in February 2022 for $650,000, a price per square foot of $512.
• In September 2021, a 1,110-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $525,000, a price per square foot of $473.
