• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in August 2022, a 1,900-square-foot unit was sold for $1,562,500, a price per square foot of $822.
• In January 2022, a 1,900-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,200,000, a price per square foot of $632.
• A 1,900-square-foot unit on the 19100 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in October 2022 for $1,525,000, a price per square foot of $803.
