Detached house sells in Miami for $22 million

A 6,289-square-foot house built in 1971 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 500 block of Arvida Parkway in Miami was sold on Oct. 14, 2022 for $22,000,000, or $3,498 per square foot. The property features five bedrooms and six bathrooms. There's also a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 1.0-acre lot.

These nearby houses have also recently changed hands:

• On Solano Prado, Miami, in September 2021, a 2,779-square-foot home was sold for $5,075,000, a price per square foot of $1,826.
• A 2,987-square-foot home on the 600 block of Solano Prado in Miami sold in March 2022 for $6,800,000, a price per square foot of $2,277.
• In April 2022, a 8,638-square-foot home on Old Cutler Road in Miami sold for $38,000,000, a price per square foot of $4,399.
