Condominium sells for $1.5 million in Miami

A 2,211-square-foot condominium built in 2005 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 2900 block of Day Avenue in Miami was sold on Sept. 26, 2022. The $1,512,500 purchase price works out to $684 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

These nearby units have also recently been purchased:

• On Peachy Street, Miami, in September 2021, a 1,700-square-foot unit was sold for $890,000, a price per square foot of $524.
• In June 2022, a 1,275-square-foot unit on Day Avenue in Miami sold for $855,000, a price per square foot of $671.
• A 1,275-square-foot unit on the 2900 block of Day Avenue in Miami sold in October 2021 for $557,000, a price per square foot of $437.
