Condominium in Sunny Isles Beach sells for $2.2 million

A new condominium built in 2019 located in the 18900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach has a new owner. The 1,634-square-foot property was sold on Sept. 27, 2022. The $2,166,000 purchase price works out to $1,326 per square foot. The property features two bedrooms and three baths.

Additional units have recently changed hands close by:

• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in June 2022, a 2,665-square-foot unit was sold for $2,150,000, a price per square foot of $807.
• A 2,150-square-foot unit on the 19100 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in March 2022 for $1,600,000, a price per square foot of $744.
• In November 2021, a 2,665-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $2,200,000, a price per square foot of $826.
