Condominium sells for $4.5 million in Sunny Isles Beach

A 3,405-square-foot condominium built in 2018 has changed hands. The spacious and recently built property located in the 16900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach was sold on Oct. 3, 2022 for $4,500,000, or $1,322 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and six baths.

Additional units have recently changed hands close by:

• In January 2022, a 2,120-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,595,000, a price per square foot of $752.
• A 2,120-square-foot unit on the 16700 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in December 2021 for $1,250,000, a price per square foot of $590.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in November 2021, a 1,530-square-foot unit was sold for $765,000, a price per square foot of $500.
