Sale closed in Sunny Isles Beach: $3.3 million for a condominium

The condominium built in 2020 has an interior space of 3,084 square feet. The property features four bedrooms and five baths.

Additional units have recently been sold close by:

• In April 2022, a 3,576-square-foot unit on Island Boulevard in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,050,000, a price per square foot of $294.
• On Island Boulevard, Sunny Isles Beach, in February 2022, a 1,820-square-foot unit was sold for $699,000, a price per square foot of $384.
• A 2,500-square-foot unit on the 3900 block of Island Boulevard in Sunny Isles Beach sold in October 2022 for $870,000, a price per square foot of $348.
