Condominium sells in Miami Beach for $2.9 million

The property located in the 300 block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach was sold on Oct. 12, 2022. The $2,850,000 purchase price works out to $1,454 per square foot. The condominium built in 1996 has an interior space of 1,960 square feet. The property features two bedrooms and three baths.

Additional units have recently been purchased close by:

• In December 2021, a 1,381-square-foot unit on South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold for $1,850,000, a price per square foot of $1,340.
• A 1,732-square-foot unit on the 800 block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold in February 2022 for $2,425,000, a price per square foot of $1,400.
• On South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, in August 2021, a 2,140-square-foot unit was sold for $3,300,000, a price per square foot of $1,542.
