Multi family sells in Miami for $9 million

A 12,864-square-foot building built in 1954 has changed hands. The property located in the 3000 block of Southwest Third Avenue in Miami was sold on Aug. 29, 2022 for $9,000,000, or $700 per square foot. The property features 18 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms. It sits on a 0.4-acre lot.

These nearby houses have also recently been sold:

• A 5,763-square-foot home on the 300 block of Southwest 30th Road in Miami sold in October 2021 for $1,825,000, a price per square foot of $317.
• On Southwest 29th Road, Miami, in February 2022, a 2,292-square-foot home was sold for $1,350,000, a price per square foot of $589.
• In December 2021, a 3,905-square-foot home on Brickell Avenue in Miami sold for $9,950,000, a price per square foot of $2,548.
