Condominium in Miami sells for $5 million

A 2,988-square-foot condominium built in 2020 has changed hands. The spacious new property located in the 3500 block of Glencoe Street in Miami was sold on Aug. 24, 2022 for $5,000,000, or $1,673 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and six baths.

Additional units have recently changed hands close by:

• A 4,453-square-foot unit on the 3500 block of Hiawatha Avenue in Miami sold in December 2021 for $5,400,000, a price per square foot of $1,213.
• In February 2022, a 4,000-square-foot unit on Hiawatha Avenue in Miami sold for $4,425,000, a price per square foot of $1,106.
• On West Glencoe St, Miami, in February 2022, a 3,812-square-foot unit was sold for $4,150,000, a price per square foot of $1,089.
