- On Mendoza Avenue, Miami, in April 2022, a 982-square-foot home was sold for $825,000, a price per square foot of $840.
- In June 2022, a 1,704-square-foot home on Majorca Avenue in Miami sold for $450,000, a price per square foot of $264.
- A 1,379-square-foot home on the 400 block of Majorca Avenue in Miami sold in March 2022 for $930,000, a price per square foot of $674.
