Sale closed in Pinecrest: $2.5 million for a three-bedroom home

It sits on a 0.7-acre lot, which also has a pool.

These nearby houses have also recently been sold:

• A 5,266-square-foot home on the 5900 block of Southwest 136th Street in Pinecrest sold in May 2022 for $2,600,000, a price per square foot of $494.
• In August 2021, a 3,649-square-foot home on Southwest 59th Court in Pinecrest sold for $2,080,000, a price per square foot of $570.
• On Southwest 135th Terrace, Pinecrest, in June 2022, a 3,793-square-foot home was sold for $2,350,000, a price per square foot of $620.
