Condominium sells in Aventura for $3.5 million

A spacious and recently built condominium built in 2018 located in the 5000 block of Island Estates Drive in Aventura has new owners. The 2,830-square-foot property was sold on Sept. 29, 2022. The $3,500,000 purchase price works out to $1,237 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and five baths.

• On Northeast 184th Street, Aventura, in July 2022, a 1,320-square-foot unit was sold for $500,000, a price per square foot of $379.
• A 903-square-foot unit on the 3100 block of Northeast 184th Street in Aventura sold in October 2021 for $235,000, a price per square foot of $260.
• In September 2022, a 903-square-foot unit on Northeast 184th Street in Aventura sold for $322,000, a price per square foot of $357.
