Condominium sells in Coral Gables for $7.3 million

A 7,980-square-foot condominium built in 2003 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the first block of Edgewater Drive in Coral Gables was sold on Sept. 20, 2022 for $7,270,000, or $911 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and four baths.

These nearby units have also recently been sold:

• On Edgewater Drive, Coral Gables, in August 2022, a 616-square-foot unit was sold for $245,000, a price per square foot of $398.
• In August 2021, a 908-square-foot unit on Edgewater Drive in Coral Gables sold for $310,000, a price per square foot of $341.
• A 616-square-foot unit on the first block of Edgewater Drive in Coral Gables sold in July 2022 for $260,000, a price per square foot of $422.
