Sale closed in Pinecrest: $4.8 million for a four-bedroom home

The 4,698-square-foot property was sold on Sept. 16, 2022 for $4,800,000, or $1,022 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms, five baths, and a garage, as well as a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 0.9-acre lot.

Additional houses have recently changed hands close by:

• In June 2022, a 1,169-square-foot home on Southwest 63rd Court in Pinecrest sold for $3,100,000, a price per square foot of $2,652.
• A 1,316-square-foot home on the 9700 block of Southwest 63rd Court in Pinecrest sold in November 2021 for $2,050,000, a price per square foot of $1,558.
• On Southwest 60th Court, Pinecrest, in January 2022, a 1,794-square-foot home was sold for $2,695,000, a price per square foot of $1,502.
