Single family residence sells in Pinecrest for $1.8 million

A spacious house built in 1960 located in the 7200 block of 131st Street in Pinecrest has new owners. The 2,642-square-foot property was sold on Sept. 14, 2022 for $1,800,000, or $681 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms, two baths, and a garage. It sits on a 0.4-acre lot, which also has a pool.

These nearby houses have also recently been purchased:

• In March 2022, a 2,407-square-foot home on Southwest 129th Street in Pinecrest sold for $1,250,000, a price per square foot of $519.
• On Southwest 133rd Terrace, Pinecrest, in August 2021, a 2,516-square-foot home was sold for $525,000, a price per square foot of $209.
• A 2,006-square-foot home on the 12800 block of Southwest 70th Avenue in Pinecrest sold in November 2021 for $1,078,000, a price per square foot of $537.
