Condominium sells for $6.5 million in Miami Beach

A 1,793-square-foot condominium built in 2003 has changed hands. The property located in the 100 block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach was sold on Sept. 16, 2022 for $6,500,000, or $3,625 per square foot. The property features two bedrooms and three baths.

Additional units have recently changed hands nearby:

• In October 2021, a 1,606-square-foot unit on South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold for $2,900,000, a price per square foot of $1,806.
• A 2,173-square-foot unit on the first block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold in May 2022 for $8,800,000, a price per square foot of $4,050.
• On South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, in December 2021, a 1,443-square-foot unit was sold for $2,790,000, a price per square foot of $1,933.
