The spacious and recently built property located in the 16900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach was sold on Sept. 6, 2022 for $15,000,000, or $1,850 per square foot. The condominium built in 2018 has an interior space of 8,106 square feet. The property features six bedrooms and 10 baths.

Additional units have recently been purchased close by:

• In July 2021, a 2,050-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,100,000, a price per square foot of $537.
• A 1,670-square-foot unit on the 16700 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in February 2022 for $770,000, a price per square foot of $461.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in February 2022, a 1,670-square-foot unit was sold for $950,000, a price per square foot of $569.
