Condominium sells in Miami Beach for $5.5 million

A spacious condominium built in 1992 located in the 5200 block of Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach has a new owner. The 2,740-square-foot property was sold on Aug. 1, 2022. The $5,500,000 purchase price works out to $2,007 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four baths.

Additional units have recently been sold close by:

• In December 2021, a 6,881-square-foot unit on Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach sold for $4,275,000, a price per square foot of $621.
• A 10,366-square-foot unit on the 6800 block of Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach sold in December 2021 for $40,000,000, a price per square foot of $3,859.
• On Fisher Island Drive, Miami Beach, in October 2021, a 9,587-square-foot unit was sold for $23,750,000, a price per square foot of $2,477.
