Condominium sells in Sunny Isles Beach for $5.5 million

A spacious and recently built condominium built in 2015 located in the 17700 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach has a new owner. The 4,609-square-foot property was sold on Sept. 14, 2022. The $5,500,000 purchase price works out to $1,193 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Additional units have recently been purchased close by:

• In March 2022, a 2,090-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $2,350,000, a price per square foot of $1,124.
• A 2,090-square-foot unit on the 17500 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in April 2022 for $2,150,000, a price per square foot of $1,029.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in April 2022, a 1,590-square-foot unit was sold for $1,250,000, a price per square foot of $786.
