Condominium sells in Sunny Isles Beach for $5.8 million

A spacious and recently built condominium built in 2016 located in the 18500 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach has new owners. The 4,154-square-foot property was sold on Sept. 19, 2022 for $5,750,000, or $1,384 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and five baths. It sits on a 1-square-foot lot.

Additional units have recently changed hands close by:

• A 2,649-square-foot unit on the 18900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in January 2022 for $1,659,000, a price per square foot of $626.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in June 2022, a 2,136-square-foot unit was sold for $1,800,000, a price per square foot of $843.
• In January 2022, a 5,901-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $7,300,000, a price per square foot of $1,237.
