The spacious property located in the 6300 block of 118th Street in Pinecrest was sold on Sept. 11, 2022 for $2,500,000, or $771 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms, three baths, and a garage. The backyard also has a pool. The unit sits on a 0.9-acre lot.

Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:

• On South Mitchell Manor Circle, Pinecrest, in July 2022, a 4,841-square-foot home was sold for $1,100,000, a price per square foot of $227.
• A 2,584-square-foot home on the 6200 block of Southwest 118th Terrace in Pinecrest sold in October 2021 for $1,680,000, a price per square foot of $650.
• In August 2022, a 3,730-square-foot home on Southwest 116th Street in Pinecrest sold for $2,850,000, a price per square foot of $764.
