Condominium sells in Miami Beach for $2.4 million

The condominium built in 2015 has an interior space of 1,732 square feet. The property features two bedrooms and three baths.

• On South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, in April 2022, a 3,731-square-foot unit was sold for $14,200,000, a price per square foot of $3,806.
• In April 2022, a 2,756-square-foot unit on South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold for $9,000,000, a price per square foot of $3,266.
• A 3,731-square-foot unit on the 800 block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold in March 2022 for $14,250,000, a price per square foot of $3,819.
