Condominium in Sunny Isles Beach sells for $2 million

A spacious condominium built in 2006 located in the 16000 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach has a new owner. The 2,235-square-foot property was sold on Sept. 9, 2022. The $2,000,000 purchase price works out to $895 per square foot. The property features two bedrooms and three bathrooms.

These nearby units have also recently been sold:

• In March 2022, a 1,798-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $880,000, a price per square foot of $489.
• A 2,383-square-foot unit on the 16200 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in December 2021 for $1,680,000, a price per square foot of $705.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in May 2022, a 1,342-square-foot unit was sold for $950,000, a price per square foot of $708.
