The $2,525,000 purchase price works out to $727 per square foot. The property features five bedrooms and three baths. It sits on a 0.3-acre lot.

These nearby houses have also recently changed hands:

• On West 40th Street, Miami Beach, in January 2022, a 1,260-square-foot home was sold for $895,000, a price per square foot of $710.
• A 2,103-square-foot home on the 3700 block of Royal Palm Avenue in Miami Beach sold in June 2022 for $2,175,000, a price per square foot of $1,034.
• In August 2021, a 2,513-square-foot home on Sheridan Avenue in Miami Beach sold for $1,600,000, a price per square foot of $637.
