A 3,735-square-foot condominium built in 2007 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 16000 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach was sold on Sept. 6, 2022 for $3,700,000, or $991 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and seven baths.

Additional units have recently changed hands nearby:

• A 2,265-square-foot unit on the 200 block of Poinciana Drive in Sunny Isles Beach sold in June 2021 for $670,000, a price per square foot of $296.
• In June 2022, a 1,798-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $985,000, a price per square foot of $548.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in March 2022, a 1,798-square-foot unit was sold for $900,000, a price per square foot of $501.
