Sunny Isles Beach condominium sells for $6.3 million

The spacious and recently built property located in the 17700 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach was sold on Aug. 29, 2022 for $6,250,000, or $1,356 per square foot. The condominium built in 2015 has an interior space of 4,609 square feet. The property features three bedrooms and seven baths.

These nearby units have also recently changed hands:

• In November 2021, a 1,590-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,050,000, a price per square foot of $660.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in December 2021, a 1,590-square-foot unit was sold for $1,000,000, a price per square foot of $629.
• A 1,840-square-foot unit on the 17500 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in July 2021 for $1,300,000, a price per square foot of $707.
