Sale closed in Sunny Isles Beach $4.5 million for a condominium

The condominium built in 2018 has an interior space of 3,022 square feet. The property features four bedrooms and six baths.

Additional units have recently been purchased close by:

• In February 2022, a 1,730-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $775,000, a price per square foot of $448.
• A 1,530-square-foot unit on the 16700 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in March 2022 for $867,000, a price per square foot of $567.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in October 2021, a 1,730-square-foot unit was sold for $725,000, a price per square foot of $419.
