A 2,164-square-foot condominium built in 2016 has changed hands. The spacious and recently built property located in the 17400 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach was sold on Sept. 8, 2022 for $2,650,000, or $1,225 per square foot. The property features two bedrooms and three baths.

Additional units have recently been sold nearby:

• In July 2022, a 960-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $425,000, a price per square foot of $443.
• A 1,860-square-foot unit on the 17300 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in March 2021 for $655,000, a price per square foot of $352.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in April 2022, a 1,860-square-foot unit was sold for $800,000, a price per square foot of $430.
