Single family residence sells in Palmetto Bay for $2.7 million

The spacious property located in the 8500 block of 145th Street in Palmetto Bay was sold on Sept. 1, 2022 for $2,650,000, or $572 per square foot. The property features five bedrooms and four baths, as well as a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 0.4-acre lot.

Additional houses have recently changed hands close by:

• A 2,109-square-foot home on the 8400 block of Southwest 144th Street in Palmetto Bay sold in August 2022 for $900,000, a price per square foot of $427.
• In March 2022, a 2,292-square-foot home on Southwest 84th Court in Palmetto Bay sold for $875,000, a price per square foot of $382.
• On Southwest 146th Street, Palmetto Bay, in May 2022, a 3,042-square-foot home was sold for $1,600,000, a price per square foot of $526.
