Condominium sells in Miami Beach for $4.2 million

A 2,340-square-foot condominium built in 1996 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 300 block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach was sold on Aug. 29, 2022 for $4,200,000, or $1,795 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Additional units have recently changed hands nearby:

• A 1,381-square-foot unit on the 800 block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold in November 2021 for $1,850,000, a price per square foot of $1,340.
• In March 2022, a 2,140-square-foot unit on South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold for $3,150,000, a price per square foot of $1,472.
• On South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, in January 2022, a 1,381-square-foot unit was sold for $2,100,000, a price per square foot of $1,521.
