Three-bedroom home sells in Pinecrest for $2.2 million

The 3,356-square-foot property was sold on Aug. 26, 2022 for $2,200,000, or $656 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It sits on a 0.3-acre lot, which also has a pool.

Additional houses have recently changed hands nearby:

• A 1,344-square-foot home on the 13100 block of Southwest 83rd Avenue in Pinecrest sold in September 2021 for $800,000, a price per square foot of $595.
• In July 2022, a 2,403-square-foot home on Southwest 132nd Street in Pinecrest sold for $1,250,000, a price per square foot of $520.
• On Southwest 130th Street, Pinecrest, in March 2022, a 1,791-square-foot home was sold for $850,000, a price per square foot of $475.
