The property features four bedrooms and three baths. There's also a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 10,425-square-foot lot.

These nearby houses have also recently changed hands:

• A 2,920-square-foot home on the 600 block of Palmarito Court in Coral Gables sold in December 2021 for $1,308,000, a price per square foot of $448.
• On Anastasia Avenue, Coral Gables, in March 2022, a 2,094-square-foot home was sold for $2,328,000, a price per square foot of $1,112.
• In October 2021, a 4,142-square-foot home on Monserrate Street in Coral Gables sold for $3,000,000, a price per square foot of $724.
