Sunny Isles Beach condominium sells for $5.5 million

A 3,255-square-foot condominium built in 2019 has changed hands. The spacious new property located in the 18900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach was sold on Aug. 10, 2022 for $5,500,000, or $1,690 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and six bathrooms.

Additional units have recently been purchased nearby:

• In June 2022, a 2,665-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $2,150,000, a price per square foot of $807.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in December 2021, a 2,150-square-foot unit was sold for $1,450,000, a price per square foot of $674.
• A 2,150-square-foot unit on the 19100 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in April 2022 for $1,700,000, a price per square foot of $791.
