Condominium sells in Sunny Isles Beach for $6.5 million

The 4,154-square-foot property was sold on Jul. 28, 2022 for $6,500,000, or $1,565 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and five bathrooms. It sits on a 1-square-foot lot.

Additional units have recently changed hands close by:

• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in March 2022, a 3,945-square-foot unit was sold for $3,550,000, a price per square foot of $900.
• In April 2022, a 2,136-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,800,000, a price per square foot of $843.
• A 2,864-square-foot unit on the 18900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in February 2022 for $1,155,000, a price per square foot of $403.
