The $1,981,000 purchase price works out to $760 per square foot. The property features five bedrooms and three baths, as well as a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 0.5-acre lot.

These nearby houses have also recently changed hands:

• On Southwest 98th Street, Pinecrest, in February 2022, a 3,936-square-foot home was sold for $1,075,000, a price per square foot of $273.
• In September 2021, a 1,705-square-foot home on Southwest 70th Avenue in Pinecrest sold for $495,000, a price per square foot of $290.
• A 6,986-square-foot home on the 6700 block of Southwest 101st Street in Pinecrest sold in June 2022 for $6,050,000, a price per square foot of $866.
