Sunny Isles Beach condominium sells for $3.2 million

A 3,945-square-foot condominium built in 2003 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 18900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach was sold on Aug. 15, 2022. The $3,200,000 purchase price works out to $811 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and six baths.

Additional units have recently been purchased close by:

• A 2,210-square-foot unit on the 18600 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in January 2022 for $16,166,666, a price per square foot of $7,315.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in May 2022, a 1,680-square-foot unit was sold for $1,540,000, a price per square foot of $917.
• In April 2022, a 1,680-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $900,000, a price per square foot of $536.
